Rafters at Dittiscombe Estate is a welcoming home from home located in South Devon. This dog friendly cottage has an enclosed garden and sleeps three people in two bedrooms. There is a cot and highchair available on request.
The retreat of Dittiscombe Estate & Cottages is set in a spacious 20-acre rewilded valley with woodlands, meadows and ponds.
Rafters is one of a small group of individual stone barns on the Estate, with unique wildlife gardens and grounds to which guests have exclusive access.
Historic Slapton Village, Slapton Ley and the unspoilt beaches of Start Bay are just 10 minutes by car. Nearest towns are Kingsbridge (6 miles), Dartmouth (7 miles), Salcombe (9 miles), Totnes (11 miles).
This part of South Devon is a walker’s paradise with stunning coastal and country walks from your doorstep as well as the beautiful South Devon coastal path within easy reach. There is a great choice of pubs and restaurants serving great local food, and a wide range of activities to be enjoyed.
