Very rural with enviable views of the moors, Smallshaw Farm Cottages are situated on the South Yorkshire/Peak District border. These luxurious Five Star Gold cottages enjoy a rural location surrounded by open green fields. They offer everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break away from it all. Four 17th century barns have been lovingly restored and converted into high class self catering accommodation.
Looking across towards the moors of the Peak District, this open plan cottage is spacious, light and airy. With exposed beams and stonework retaining much of the original character, together with modern conveniences such as underfloor heating, this cottage is truly a home from home.

Outside Description
Stunning gardens surround the cottages with uninterrupted views of the Peak District with spectacular views everywhere you look. With a selection of luxurious outdoor garden furniture there is always the opportunity to relax and enjoy the gardens surrounded by the lush countryside. There is also an outdoor hot tub shared between all four cottages and a Finnish barbeque hut provides the perfect opportunity to enjoy a barbeque whatever the weather. An all weather tennis court and an on site Day Spa completes the spectacular facilities Smallshaw has to offer making it the ultimate revitalising rural retreat.
Downstairs Description
A small step leads into the most gorgeous well equipped open plan kitchen with large oak dining table. Towards the back of the kitchen is a door which leads to the utility area and a downstairs wet room. A few steps from the kitchen lead down into the sitting room the feature of this is the open beams and stunning staircase, complete with luxurious armchairs and sofa and flat screen television as well as a bluetooth speaker. The most perfect of views can be enjoyed from each window,.
First Floor Description
Venturing upstairs there is a bathroom with shower over bath and luxurious Temple Spa toiletries and luxury towels. A king size bedroom with king size bed and a twin bedroom with 2 single beds complete with luxurious feather bedding and flat screen televisions in each room. The lovely focus of this cottage is the beams that abound, some of them original dating back to the 1600's.
