Furnished and decorated to 5 star Gold standard, Seaford is a beautiful holiday home to rent in Weybourne very close to the North Norfolk coast. Ideal for a family and friends the property can sleep up to six guests in total comfort with two King size bedrooms and one Twin. The cook in the party will enjoy the large well-equipped kitchen and facilities. There is a spacious living area with brick fireplace with a log burning stove, sofas and smart T.V
Children and adults alike will enjoy the games room with T.V, games table, games console, and toys.

Delightfully situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and within walking distance of Weybourne Beach and the local pub, it is perfect for families who want to experience the natural beauty of the North Norfolk coast.
Seaford has ample off-road parking with space for two cars on the gravel drive. There are mature fruit trees of apples and pears and a herb garden which can be used by guests for cooking and eating. The rear garden can be accessed down the side of the house or from the french doors in the lounge. An area of lawn is bordered by shrubs with a large patio area with a summerhouse containing an assortment of garden toys. A shaded seating/dining area and a BBQ makes sitting in the south facing garden a pleasant alternative to eating indoors during the summer months. The back garden is a lovely suntrap for enjoying a cup of tea or coffee at most times of the year.
Seaford boasts a large kitchen diner, with seating for 6 people in comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range electric double oven cooker, microwave, dishwasher and wine cooler. The American Style fridge/freezer has a cold water and ice dispenser. The kitchen overlooks the drive and mature fruit trees. Off the kitchen with a door to the outside is the utility room with sink, washing machine and airer.
The entrance hall has ample room for hanging coats and for boots and shoes. Off the hall is a toilet and wash basin.
The lounge offers plenty of room for up to 6 guests to sit and relax in comfort. Although the house is fully centrally heated, guests can enjoy the warmth of the log burner in winter or open up the french doors to the garden in summer. The SMART TV includes freeview, catch up TV and Netflix and a DVD player for watching your favourite films.
Off the lounge is a separate games room with double doors enabling the area to be opened up between the two rooms if desired. The games room has a separate TV or guests can play on the games console. The football table has proved very popular for all generations! The games room has sofa seating and bean bags. There are plenty of boards games for wet days and evening family entertainment and for the little ones a wooden train track set means they can create their own version of the Poppyline railway. Weybourne station is only a short walk from the house with regular steam train rides between Sheringham and Holt. You can hear the train from the house and catch a glimpse from the upstairs windows.
Seaford has fibre broadband and a very good Vodafone mobile signal.
First Floor Description
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, the master with ensuite and a large family bathroom. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, bed side tables, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and SMART TV. Off the bedroom is the ensuite with a large shower, sink and toilet. The illuminated mirror has a built in demister and shaver point.
The second kingsize room extends towards the front of the house. Referred to as the Long Room it is a large bedroom with wardrobe and bed side tables. A seating area offers a comfortable chair and side table, ideal for quiet time reading a book. There is also a TV which can be turned towards the bed or the seating area.
The third bedroom is a twin room with single beds, a large bedside table, lamp and reading light. There is a built in wardrobe and dressing table with stool.
A bookshelf on the landing has a variety of books for all ages.
The family bathroom has a toilet and a bath with a whirlpool option with chromotherapy lighting, great for a little relaxation. There is also a rain shower over the bath with a separate handheld shower head. There is a vanity sink with illuminated mirror with demister and shaver point.
Window Views Description
The downstairs looks over the front drive from the kitchen and the rear garden from the lounge. From upstairs, there are views over Weybourne and the windmill from the Long room. From the twin room and master bedroom the views overlook Kelling Heath and the Poppyline railway and Telegraph Hill. The area is truly beautiful at any time of the year.
