Downstairs Description
Take a seat on the lush comfy corner sofa after a long day exploring, sit back and put the smart TV to use. The open-planned living, kitchen and dining area adds a modern twist to the characterful exposed brick walls and beams. This contemporary restored holiday home does not lack the old Cornish charm or comfort.
The second bedroom is cosy with two small single beds, suitable for children. There is also a bedside table.
In the bathroom there is a shower with a detachable shower head, WC and hand wash basin. There is also a washing machine in the storage cupboard in the bathroom.
Cook up a storm in the sleek modern kitchen, which is generously equipped. The Boathouse offers an electric oven, induction hob, fridge with an ice box, and a dishwasher. There is also ample crockery and utensils.
Once your meal has been dished up take a seat at the breakfast bar, seating four, to enjoy all of your hard work.
First Floor Description
The charming master bedroom, with exposed brick wall, has a double bed, hanging space, a chest of drawers, and a smart TV. There is also a cloakroom with a WC and hand wash basin for your convenience.
