Located on the southernmost tip of the Isle of Wight just a few hundred yards from St Catherine’s Lighthouse and Oratory, surrounded by National Trust down land and in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The private enclosed garden is south facing and planted with sun loving plants, there is a patio with table and chairs. There is parking for one car in the cobbled yard and space for others on the street outside.
The front door opens into a spacious lobby with antique coat hooks and a pew bench. Off the lobby is a large bathroom with a walk in shower, bath, basin and w.c. The ground floor is open plan with underfloor heating throughout. An exposed stone wall and double height ceiling gives the living area a spacious feel with its comfortable seating and a wood burning stove. Cooking and eating take place at the opposite side of the room, the kitchen being fully equipped with integrated appliances and quartz countertops. The dining area is close by with table and chairs. Large French doors open out onto the south facing patio and garden.
First Floor Description
Climb the stairs to the first floor, the landing with its internal windows looking down to the living room has painted wooden floors as does the rest of this level. There is a bathroom with toilet, basin and w.c. The master bedroom has a sunny south facing aspect with fantastic sea views to the English Channel, Kingsize bed and Freesat TV. The twin bedroom is also bright & sunny with the same sea view.
Window Views Description
Wonderful sea views from the first floor, the ground floor looks on to the garden with sea glimpses through the boundary hedge.
