Perfect for multi-generational family holidays and breaks The Linhay is ideal for up to six people with one king and two twin bedrooms and three wet rooms with power showers. There is a ground floor king bedroom, two twin bedrooms and three wet rooms (two of which are en-suite).
Oozing character and charm the cottage has exposed roof trusses in all rooms, oak flooring throughout and large windows. Open-plan lounge with wood-burning stove, flat screen TV with Sky (movies and sports channels), DVD player and dining area. Large kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Wheelchair accessible, we can provide a shower seat and raised toilet seat with frame if required. Additional mobility aids can be hired from Easy Living in Tiverton (01884 258080) and we can arrange to collect and return on guests’ behalf.
