As well as being extremely family friendly The Old Chapel is dog friendly as well and up to two dogs are welcome to stay at £25.00 per dog per stay. This part of Cornwall is a heaven for walkers with a multitude of walks available from the house along footpaths through fields, and along quiet lanes. Porthkidney Sands at Lelant is about 10-15 minutes’ drive away and allows dogs throughout the year.
The Old Chapel is located in the village of Halsetown in a tranquil, rural location that is within walking distance of the beaches and cafes of St Ives.
On the ground floor is an open plan living area, comprising a fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, a dining table and a comfortable lounge area with leather sofas.
The property also benefits from a sunny garden and ample parking. During the main holiday season, a regular bus service to the centre of St Ives departs from near the property.
Guests are able to use the facilities at the nearby Polmanter touring park including a heated outdoor swimming pool (late May-mid September).
