The Old Farmhouse - Self catering Holiday Cottage, Peak District
The Old Farmhouse was once the heart of the farm, dating back to 1750. With its original fireplace still intact, this cottage is a warm cosy space for a family of four or two couples wanting to relax after a day's walking, cycling or sightseeing. The cottage has 2 en-suite shower rooms and while one room has twin beds, the other can be set up as a super king or twin bed room also.
There are extensive views from each bedroom of The Old Farmhouse In particular, the double room has wonderful views of Magpie mine. Guests may alsoi be treated to some of our wonderful sunsets, which can be particularly stunning in the winter months.
