Sleeping up to 6 guests in 3 king-size ensuite bedrooms this is a great place to relax, explore the amazing surroundings, or take part in a range of adventure activities. Outside take in the superb rural views from the luxurious wood fired hot tub and outdoor sofas or "cook up a storm" on the charcoal bbq and dine al fresco.

Angel Barn is one of just three luxury cottages at A Corner of Eden. Stunning self-catering holiday cottages in a beautiful part of the Yorkshire Dales National Park in Cumbria and just a short drive from the Lake District.
Group Bookings - A Corner of Eden is the perfect place for a large group get together. The Farmhouse sleeps 8, Angel Barn sleeps 6 and the Shepherd’s Cottage is a cosy retreat for 2 – up to 16 guests can escape to the peace and quiet of the countryside.
You'll find maps with walking routes highlighted, on the many quiet footpaths that surround Angel Barn. Take a hike up Wild Boar Fell, the nearest mountain at 2,323ft, the Pennine Bridleway starts just up the lane and makes an easy to follow path up to the top. Or wander into the nearby village of Ravenstonedale, just 2.5 mies away, with 2 fabulous pubs to choose from. If that seems too far, then there's the Fat Lamb Inn just 5 fields away serving homely pub food. All 3 pubs are dog friendly, so no need for your furry friend to miss out. Keep an eye out for the local red squirrels, they can often be seen bobbing along the wall tops or at the feeders outside the Barn.
The open plan kitchen diner is a great place for family and friends to eat & socialise together. There are two farmhouse tables joined together, perfect for group dinner parties and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, a real home from home. If the weather is cool outside then snuggle up in the large lounge and pop on the woodturning stove, although with the ground source heat pump, underfloor heating and sheep's wool insulation this barn is always toasty warm. Plenty of sofas and armchairs to choose from, upholstered in wool tweeds from Abraham Moon.
First Floor Description
Choose from the superking size master bedroom with it's bespoke hand made four poster bed, created by the owner Richard from the original cow stalls that were in the barn for over a hundred years. Painted in soothing grey Farrow and Ball colours, this room has plenty of space for a travel cot if needed, and its huge ensuite has both a large walk in shower and double ended free standing bath, from which the views across the fields are stunning. The middle bedroom can be either superking size or made into twin beds on request, featuring cute owl themed wallpaper and countryside green fabrics. The ensuite has a small walk-in shower and bespoke oak worktops. The final bedroom has a metal kingsize bed draped with cosy fur throws and cushions from the White Company. The quirky deep purple wallpaper in the ensuite shower room is complimented by soft Elephant's Breath coloured walls in the bedroom by Farrow & Ball.
