Treverra Farm Cottage is delightfully located in 14 acres offering superb estuary views.
The cottage has been refurbished and decorated to a very high standard and offers luxurious and comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests although the cottage can be combined with the garden studio, which sleeps 2 to sleep up to 10 people

Outside Description
The cottage has a sheltered slate paved, south facing terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs and outside the french doors is a little bench and table ideal to catch the morning sun and gas fired and charcoal barbecue. It is set in a large landscaped garden with deep herbaceous borders and informal planting. Up a flight of steps is a 15m oval infinity pool with hot tub and pool house with WC. There is also a tennis court and vegetable garden where guests can help themselves to seasonal produce and an outdoor fire pit. The surrounding fields also belong the the farm and are sometimes home to cattle grazing. A footpath across the fields is a 10-15 minute walk to Porthilly Cove below. We have an on site wet room for all your surf and beach gear and keep a selection of wetsuits and body boards on site for your use.
Downstairs Description
There is an open plan kitchen/dining room with french doors leading to a sunny patio. The kitchen has a rayburn stove and miele dishwasher and adjacent is a small utility room with miele washing machine and dryer. A study area with cupboards full of games and toys leads to a charming living room with wood burning stove and views across the Camel Estuary to Padstow. We have a small courtesy drinks cupboard with a selection of local gins and vodka. Adjacent to the living room is a twin bedroom with end to end built in single beds, which also serves as an extra TV and playroom with large plasma TV and PS4. There are 2 Sky boxes in the property with BT Sport subscription for the playroom TV. Finally there is a large slate tiled shower room with WC.
First Floor Description
On the first floor are 3 ensuite bedrooms. A Super King with Bath ensuite and across the corridor and a King double with ensuite shower/bath. Both bedrooms have beautiful framed views across the Camel Estuary. There is a further double room with ensuite shower room and views across the fields which can be made up as either a twin or super king bedroom. The Bedrooms all have White Company bedlinen and down duvets and pillows, although hypoallergenic bedding can be supplied on request. The bathrooms are supplied with toiletries from organic British brand Balance Me.
Window Views Description
Treverra sits on an elevated site, south west facing with panoramic views across the Camel Estuary towards Padstow and the sailing house in Rock. The Living Room and 2 of the upstairs bedrooms look out directly across the water, while kitchen and twin/superking above have charming garden and countryside views. It's the perfect place to enjoy spectacular sunsets across the water
